By adding valve bottle caps, you can easily increase the amount of liquid. It also has the functionality of a graduated cylinder for automatic dilution from the stock solution and dispensing the required amount of DDW. The specific gravities and molecular weights of various standard solutions are pre-input, allowing for the creation of specified (N) solutions with just one touch. The system employs a method where pressure from a pump installed in the control unit is applied to each solution bottle, controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valves in the valve bottle caps provided on the solution bottles. Therefore, the device configuration is extremely simple. The nozzle uses a PEEK nozzle, ensuring thorough sterilization measures. It is a flexible system that allows for customization, such as adding solutions and preparing small volumes of liquid, so be sure to install one on your laboratory bench.

Under the pressure from the pump in the control unit, it produces liquids of the desired composition by controlling the valve bottle caps of each solution bottle. This is a product unique to our company, which sells a wide variety of bottle caps and valve bottle caps. The control is performed through a 4-line, 20-character LCD and a numeric keypad for setting operations. As a result, inputting and controlling values and solution names, which were difficult to handle conventionally, has become easy. Many factors, such as the number and types of liquids and the weight of the solution to be produced, can be customized, and remote control from a computer is also available as an option. The price is also very reasonable, at around 400,000 yen. If you are using an electronic balance with remote functionality, you can use your existing electronic balance as it is. The accuracy level can be set according to the functions of the electronic balance, from 0.01g to 1g units. Please note that the minimum discharge amount for this device is assumed to be 0.03g.
