High-speed movement of 1256 mm/s for vertical motion and 2200 degrees/s for rotational motion is possible. ■ Space-saving design. The Z-axis shaft performs both vertical and rotational movements, allowing for space-saving. ■ Two models with different sizes are available. A compact type and a medium type are available. Both absolute and incremental options can be selected.
