Products such as screws, nuts, and bolts processed with a trio coat. By coating the screw parts and seating surfaces, it ensures reliable anti-loosening and sealing effects!!
Trio Coat does not use any solvents in its materials, considering the environment. It is a reusable eco-coating due to its refillable nature! Trio Coat exhibits reliable anti-loosening and sealing effects by coating nylon resin, which excels in elasticity, functional strength, and chemical resistance, on the threaded parts and seating surfaces! As the name suggests, Trio Coat is an original product with three concepts: resistance to loosening, sealing, and environmental durability, making it a product with ambitious features! We can apply Trio Coat processing to your desired material. We will provide a quote based on the material, size, and shape, so please consult us first through the inquiry form.

basic information
"Durability Loosening Function" - Stable fastening can be expected due to full circumferential application. - High reusability makes maintenance, such as retightening, easy. - Excellent loosening effect against vibrations. "Sealing Performance" - High adhesion makes it difficult for the coating to peel off, allowing for expected sealing effects. - Coating can be applied to areas requiring sealing effects. "Galvanic Corrosion and Rust Prevention Function" - Full circumferential application can be expected to provide rust prevention effects. - High volume resistivity of 2×10^15 (Ω·cm) offers excellent electrical insulation, effective against galvanic corrosion. - Weather-resistant and also excels in chemical resistance and saltwater resistance. "Protection of Counterparts" - Coating can be freely applied to areas for protection purposes. - Made of nylon, it does not damage the counterpart material. - No liquid pooling occurs in recesses or depressions.
