A proposal for the construction of safe and secure piping using two types of hot spring pipes that utilize their respective characteristics.
Hot water supply pipes for hot springs, snow melting, and heating can be utilized for a wide range of applications. "Hotpex" can be used under a wide range of fluid temperature conditions from -40°C to 95°C. It also has excellent resistance to salts, acids, and alkalis. "Oyupoly(R) OXL" is suitable for outdoor piping materials, offering excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, making it appropriate for commercial use in hot spring water supply, aquaculture water supply, floor heating in pig and poultry houses, and heating in facility horticulture.

basic information
■ Due to the resin pipe, it is lightweight and easy to carry and install. ■ Because it is a long product, the number of joint connection points is reduced, which decreases the risk of water leakage, ensuring a safe and secure piping system. - Hot Pex: Common for all sizes, 88m roll ■ Cross-linked polyethylene pipe is used as the inner pipe, making it usable under a wide range of fluid temperature conditions. Hot Pex: -40℃ to 95℃ Hot Spring Pipe: -40℃ to 85℃ ■ The connection using EF fittings creates an integrated structure between the connection part and the pipe body, resulting in excellent water tightness. (Hot Pex) ■ The inner pipe is equipped with oxygen permeability prevention (EVOH), which helps prevent corrosion of metal parts within the piping.

Company information
Energy-saving measures, recycling, and reduced construction time... The evolution of living environment equipment in recent years has been remarkable, and the quality demanded of us is becoming increasingly stringent. In addition to improving the quality of traditional piping and insulation materials, we are developing products that leverage the characteristics of other materials, such as high pressure resistance and high airtightness, and proposing system products and services that excel in installation and maintenance. Based on this total support system concept, we will actively explore the market with a broad perspective, creating the future of living environments through technology and ideas, and providing more comfortable living spaces for many people.
