This is a leaflet introducing the "Nano Tweezers," a micro-tweezers capable of grasping micro and nano-sized samples. The Nano Tweezers are tweezers made by finely processing silicon wafers using MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) technology. By applying voltage with a dedicated controller, the tips of the tweezers can smoothly open and close, allowing for the grasping of objects ranging from nano to micron sizes. The spacing between the tips can be finely controlled, enabling the handling of soft samples without crushing them.
