There are numerous implementation results in food machinery and other areas! Achieving smooth power transmission non-contact using permanent magnets.
Prospine uses permanent magnets to achieve smooth power transmission without contact, in contrast to traditional gear and belt systems that rely on meshing teeth. **Six Features of Prospine** - **Low Noise and Vibration**: The non-contact meshing allows for rotation with minimal noise and vibration. - **Zero Dust Generation**: The non-contact meshing prevents the generation of dust. - **Power Transmission Through Barriers (Wall Transmission)**: Even when a barrier (non-magnetic materials like aluminum or stainless steel) is placed between two magnetic gears, power is transmitted. It can transmit power even in a completely sealed and shielded state, making it suitable for mixing mechanisms in food processing that require hygiene management. - **Torque Limiter Function**: In the event of excessive torque, it slips to protect the transmission device from damage. - **Maintenance-Free**: Being non-contact eliminates the need for troublesome maintenance tasks like lubrication. Additionally, the lack of lubrication reduces environmental and hygiene impacts. - **High Energy Transmission Efficiency**: An optimal design of "magnetic meshing" achieves over 90% energy transmission efficiency. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.*

Company information
Our company is celebrating its 32nd anniversary this year. At the time of our establishment, we set forth our purpose and philosophy as "We want to contribute to the mold industry, even if our company is small." Based on this philosophy, we have been dedicated to specializing in machining within the manufacturing of mold components. Additionally, in 2006, the "non-contact magnetic gear (a power transmission device using magnetism)" that we had been researching and developing for some time began to attract attention in various fields and has received high praise. As we enter the 21st century, alongside the further development of Japan's mold industry, our company will continue to strive for mold creation and product development that leverages our comprehensive capabilities, with all employees working diligently and making self-help efforts.
