This is a recycled material product that is coated with a thick film on waste tire rubber chips. 1. It has excellent elasticity and contains almost no volatile substances, so it does not harden over time. 2. Unlike regular color chips, it contains almost no volatile mineral oils, making it healthy and safe, with no occurrence of shrinkage, edge peeling, or warping. 3. The surface of the color chips has protrusions of silica sand, making it safer even when wet, and with a thick coating layer, it has excellent wear resistance for long-term maintenance.

Usage: Sidewalks, pedestrian bridges, jogging paths, long paths within parks, color elastic pavement for facilities such as nursery schools, kindergartens, elderly and disabled facilities, and hospitals. Material: Permeable elastic pavement material utilizing recycled colored chips with a thick coating of an average thickness of 50 to 120 microns on the surface of large tire chips. Features: 1. Excellent durability (strength, abrasion resistance) and color retention. The thick coating, which excels in weather resistance and durability, maintains elasticity and color over a long period. 2. Almost free of mineral oils, making it a human- and environmentally-friendly pavement material. Commercially available colored chips contain large amounts of volatile mineral oils, which evaporate in summer. (Foreign products contain particularly high levels, and the odor is due to this. It is not good for the human body.) 3. Excellent safety when wet. The surface has protrusions of silica sand, making it less slippery even when wet. 4. Excellent elasticity and shape stability. The coating is made of urethane resin, which adheres well to urethane binders, providing excellent strength, especially with abrasion resistance being ten times better than conventional colored chips. With almost no volatile substances, it does not harden and maintains stable shape.
