The PCB ASSY manual chip counter is a manually operated simple chip counter created to meet the needs of on-site work. It counts using a mechanical counter. The chip components wound on the reel are secured in the left reel holder, and the number of reel feed holes counted by the counter sprocket is recorded. It can count approximately 8,000 pieces per minute and is designed for 8 mm tape, but can accommodate 12 mm by widening the tape guide.
