Additionally, we can manufacture specifications such as the type of ultra-hard alloy and the grinding finish of the cutting edge tailored to the conditions of the work material. Please inquire about sizes, angles, etc. The ultra-hard ceramic spacers have very little dimensional change due to thermal expansion and are products that are less prone to scratches and burrs. They have a very high standard thickness tolerance of ±0.002mm. If desired, we can mark the actual dimensions. We can also produce specifications for set tolerances when using multiple ultra-hard metal saws from M.A. Tool Co., Ltd. (e.g., metal saw tolerance -0 to +0.005, spacer tolerance -0.005 to +0).
