The electric shock experience device has been created as a practical training tool for experiential safety education for employees and partner companies. This device has been designed with the consideration of how to safely experience electric shock. Safety 1: A self-check is performed at startup to automatically determine if the equipment is functioning properly. Safety 2: The maximum electric shock current and duration are set to 5mA/0.1s, allowing for an electric shock experience at 1/60 of values that could potentially affect the human body. Safety 3: The electric shock current can be selected, and the current set by the CPU will be output. Safety 4: In the unlikely event that the device does not stop at the set voltage, it will stop when 5.8mA is detected. Safety 5: If, in the unlikely event of Safety 4 not stopping the device, the hardware will forcibly open the output relay when 6.4mA is detected. Safety 6: In the event of relay welding or similar issues, an 8kΩ resistor is connected in series with the human body. This ensures that only about 11mA of current flows when electrodes are in contact with the body, allowing the user to remove their hands independently. As described above, it is possible to experience electric shock safely; however, we kindly ask that individuals with "heart conditions" or "children" refrain from using it.
