It perfectly removes fibrous contaminants such as hair and fine contaminants.
Neo-Hex (fine mesh mechanical screen) features a structure where resin screen panels are mounted on a special hexagonal (HEXAGON) drum, perfectly removing fibrous materials such as hair and fine debris that conventional bar screen types cannot eliminate. When combined with a screw conveyor, it enables compact separation and dewatering. By using thick resin screen panels, it prevents the entanglement of fibrous debris like hair. This unitized design results in a very compact device. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
