Tanimura Clean Room Conductive Work Cart (Static Electricity Prevention)
Tanimura Clean Room Conductive Work Cart (Static Electricity Prevention)
ESD measures and static electricity prevention measures handling cart and connected platform cart.
Logistics in Clean Rooms and Static Electricity Prevention Work Generally available work carts do not have measures to prevent static electricity buildup. Therefore, they are not used for transporting electronic components and precision equipment, where static electricity damage is a concern. Additionally, the static electricity from the carts attracts surrounding dust and dirt, making them unsuitable for clean rooms. In these environments, this "conductive work cart" is used. This conductive work cart features conductive PP for the main body and conductive rubber for the wheels that make contact with the ground. By combining a conductive resin platform with conductive rubber casters, it effectively releases static electricity to the ground and is highly effective in preventing dust attraction. The surface resistance value is an excellent figure of less than 10 to the power of 5 [Ω] (when DC 500V is applied).
