This is a wiring duct made from Super Dyma (Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation) material. We design and manufacture according to customer needs. ★ On-site measurements can be conducted as necessary. Super Dyma is a steel sheet with a plating layer primarily of zinc, along with 11% aluminum, 3% magnesium, and trace amounts of silicon, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It has performance equivalent to that of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, which have been used as outdoor steel sheets, and the aluminum and magnesium in the plating layer protect cut edges and damaged areas by forming a protective film, suppressing corrosion. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

**Features** ○ High corrosion resistance compared to hot-dip galvanized coatings → While hot-dip galvanized coatings also form a protective film, it is coarser compared to Super Dima, allowing moisture and oxygen to penetrate and accelerate corrosion. Super Dima has a dense protective film that suppresses and stabilizes the progression of corrosion. The corrosion resistance, as seen from the rate of reduction of the coating layer in salt spray tests, is confirmed to be about 30 times higher than that of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, demonstrating extremely high corrosion resistance. Furthermore, compared to manufacturing products with hot-dip galvanizing, the post-coating process can be omitted, enabling shorter delivery times and weight reduction. ○ Protection of cut edges and welds → The cut edges of Super Dima may initially exhibit red rust due to exposed base metal. However, the coating components around the cut edges dissolve to form a dense protective film, which covers the cut edges within a few months. This protective film has low electrical conductivity, effectively suppressing the progression of corrosion at the edge.
