Wide range pressure measurement from 0.1 Pa to 200 kPa can be measured with a single device!
It is a wide-range vacuum gauge that is equipped with a diaphragm and a Pirani sensor within a single transducer, allowing for pressure measurement across a broad range of 0.1 Pa to 200 kPa (1 mTorr to 1500 Torr) with just one device. Additionally, it allows for the setting of up to four set points, making it very effective for processes that require wide-range pressure (vacuum) measurement while utilizing multiple types of pressure contacts.
