We provide coating services tailored to meet our customers' needs.
ICF film (Intrinsic Carbon Film) is a general term for carbon films that possess high functionality and multifunctionality, including DLC. ICF films are amorphous (non-crystalline) carbon films that are positioned between graphite and diamond in structure. The film surface is smooth, has a low friction coefficient (μ = 0.1), and exhibits self-lubricating properties, which helps prevent metal adhesion to molds during the forming of soft metals and protects the mirror surface of the molds. ICF films aim to replace oil, promoting oil-free and maintenance-free applications. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
