Prevent foreign matter contamination in advance with "light"! A strong ally in detecting foreign matter contamination!

Products that have been contaminated with foreign substances must be recalled entirely. Currently, foreign substances are removed using X-ray inspection machines and metal detectors. The SUMCON MJ is an auxiliary machine designed to help operators visually confirm and detect foreign substances before the processing and packaging stages, thereby preventing contamination in advance. The white light is high-intensity, capable of producing 8,000 to 15,000 lux. (Custom options can reach 20,000 to 30,000 lux.) Additionally, depending on the target object, different colors of light may be more effective for detecting foreign substances, and there is an RGB version that utilizes three primary colors of light, allowing for changes to any color.
