Products that contain foreign substances are subject to recalls and other responses. Currently, foreign substances are removed using X-ray inspection machines and metal detectors. The SUMCON MJ is an auxiliary machine designed to help operators visually confirm and detect foreign substances before the processing and packaging stages, thereby preventing contamination in advance. The white light is high-intensity, capable of producing 8,000 to 15,000 lux. (Custom options can reach 20,000 to 30,000 lux.) Additionally, depending on the target object, different colors of light can be more effective for detecting foreign substances, and there is an RGB specification that utilizes three primary colors of light, allowing for changes to any color. By mixing RGB (red, green, blue) colors, it can produce shades that make the target object more visible and create colors that facilitate the detection of foreign substances.
