The flow control valve is a regulating valve that maintains a constant pressure difference between two fluids. The flow control valve does not have a power source; instead, the pressure of the reference side fluid acting on the bellows counteracts the pressure of the following side fluid, and it is designed so that the pressure of the following side fluid is slightly higher than the set spring pressure. The bellows is connected to an internal valve, and when a difference in pressure occurs between the reference side fluid and the following side fluid, as well as the set pressure, the bellows expands or contracts, causing the internal valve to move. The internal valve adjusts the flow rate of the following side fluid by changing the valve opening, ensuring that the pressure remains consistently higher than the set pressure. As described above, it is a self-operated control valve that moves based on differential pressure, making it a unique and innovative control valve. In burners that combust heavy oil, such as those used in boilers, an atomizing burner is employed to spray steam or air.
