Measuring equipment with GPS and sonar, autonomous unmanned boat RC-S3.
Since it is an all-in-one boat, there is no need for preparation such as equipment setup.
The RC-S3 is an all-in-one boat equipped with GPS and sonar, eliminating the need for equipment setup and preparation. This significantly reduces work time and achieves substantial cost savings. By using the "unmanned remote-controlled survey boat," it becomes possible to conduct surveys and measurements in shallow areas and hazardous waters where people and conventional vessels cannot enter. Additionally, there is no need to transport large equipment or vessels to the site for surveying, eliminating the risks of grounding, capsizing, or falling accidents. With a total length of 1200mm and a weight of 16kg, it is compact and can be transported by one person. Being powered by an electric motor, it produces no exhaust or oil spills, making it clean and environmentally friendly. The high-output brushless motor and twin propellers enable surveying and research in fast-flowing areas. The depth measurement range is from 0.5m to 80m, and the operational range is 800m, specifically designed for shallow waters. Company information
Our company was founded in 1995 with the aim of supporting the recovery from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The company name is derived from our unique measurement device "KUMONOS," which can quickly and accurately measure 0.2mm cracks from a distance of 100 meters. In 1998, we were the first in Japan to introduce a 3D laser scanner, and since then, we have developed 3D measurement and equipment introduction businesses to promote 3D laser scanner technology. Over the past 25 years, we have accumulated over 2,500 measurement achievements and approximately 300 equipment introductions, establishing ourselves as a leading company in 3D laser scanning in Japan. Our technology has received numerous ministerial awards from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, including the Japan Manufacturing Award. Additionally, our technology was introduced to world leaders at the G20 Osaka Summit, receiving high praise both domestically and internationally. Moving forward, we will continue to implement cutting-edge technology backed by our high technical capabilities and provide DX solutions across various fields.
