The Osaka Central region is blessed with seafood from the rich fishing grounds of Osaka Bay and a variety of vegetables from the fertile soil of the Osaka Plain, which have nurtured Osaka's food culture since the Edo period. However, "ochazuke" made with Osaka-produced ingredients has not been developed until now. Osaka's food culture is concentrated in "Dotonbori." This project will produce and sell "Naniwa specialty ochazuke," which combines "nori" (certified Osaka product) harvested from Osaka Bay with "proud ingredients" from local food manufacturers sold in the Dotonbori area.
