This is a KVM extender made by Icron Technologies. It extends DVI/HDMI video and three USB 2.0 ports. It operates simply by connecting the cable and AC adapter, with no software installation or configuration required.

Depending on the usage environment, there may be cases where it does not operate or the extension distance may be shorter.
