Resist coater for cover glass integrated touch panel (OGS)
A spray coater for mass production of OGS using a cell method. This mass production device automatically performs resist coating, such as OC1, by bonding chemically strengthened glass substrates (individual pieces) onto a glass carrier and handling multiple pieces at once. It achieves a uniformity of ±5% (per piece) with a resist film thickness of around 2μm, contributing to improved yield in the OGS mass production process. It is a fully automated spray system compatible with glass substrate (carrier) sizes up to 550 x 650 mm. The LD/ULD of the substrate is managed by a multi-axis robot.

Company information
We are a manufacturer specializing in spray coaters for the micro-dispensing field. Based on our extensive experience in application and process development, we aim to achieve high-quality thin film coatings that are impossible with conventional spray coaters. We have a proven track record in anti-fingerprint coatings for touch panels, AR/AG coatings, and electrode material coatings for fuel cells/MEAs. If you have technical challenges with your current coatings, please feel free to contact us. We have a mass production system permanently installed in our technology lab, which can also be used for customer prototypes and process development (for substrate sizes within 600mm x 400mm).
