Super Dima has a dense protective film that suppresses and stabilizes the progression of corrosion. ■ The corrosion resistance, as seen from the rate of reduction of the coating layer in salt spray tests, is confirmed to be about 30 times higher than that of hot-dip galvanized steel plates, demonstrating extremely high corrosion resistance. ■ Protection of cut edges and welds → The cut edges of Super Dima may initially show red rust due to exposed base metal. However, the coating components around the cut edges dissolve to form a dense protective film, which covers the cut edges within a few months.
