The UniClamp is a wireless spindle clamping force measurement device. By setting the main unit in the tool magazine and attaching it to the spindle using ATC, you can easily check the clamping force (gripping force) of BT and HSK spindle machines wirelessly. It significantly contributes to reducing unexpected failures through planned maintenance, improving productivity, and enhancing quality by reducing variations in machining accuracy. Measurement values, units, battery level, reception status, date and time, etc., can be easily understood at a glance. <Graph Display> Changes in clamping force can be visually captured through graph display. <Recorded Data Display> The latest data is displayed. Up to 4 data points can be checked on one screen. Past data can be accessed through key operations. Up to 20,000 data records can be stored, including recording counts, recording dates and times, measurement values, and units. Easy Data Transfer to PC With a USB interface, the recorded data from the Uni-Clamp can be transferred to a computer. Since it is in CSV format, it can be easily handled with commercially available software like Excel.
