The tabletop metal foreign object detection device, Omitoshi® NIP-LS, uses a magnetic field type and does not miss iron or stainless steel foreign object pieces even in aluminum packaging, salty environments, or high temperatures! It can be used more efficiently in production sites with small lots and low-volume production. The dimensions are 500mm x 365mm x 324mm, with a weight of 14.4kg. The transport direction is from right to left, sensitivity can be switched in three stages, the effective inspection height is up to 160mm, and the effective inspection depth is up to 200mm. The designed transport speed is 40cm/sec, the minimum measurement interval is about 1 second, the operating temperature range is 0 to 60°C, it is not waterproof, the power supply is AC 100V 50/60Hz single-phase (with 2P grounding), and the power consumption is 15VA.
