TDC Corporation's ultra-precision mirror finishing achieves a surface roughness of approximately Ra1 nanometer and Rz10 nanometers for most materials. Additionally, it is capable of maintaining flatness, parallelism, and dimensional accuracy, allowing for ultra-precision processing that combines these factors. We also routinely perform mirror finishing on irregular shapes, such as concave surfaces and the inner and outer diameters of pipes (for irregular shapes, the surface roughness is around Ra15 nanometers).

We excel in improving flatness, parallelism, and surface roughness for precision stages and suction plates. For suction plates around φ300*10t, we produce with flatness of 0.001, parallelism of 0.001, and Ra below 0.01 (for SUS material).
