This is an ultra-slim solenoid valve with a width of just 4.5mm. This 4.5mm width is designed to fit a 384-well microplate, making it ideal for fluid control in dispensers and pipettes. It features a special structure that prevents fluid from coming into contact with metal, and the wetted materials are only PEEK and FFKM, providing excellent corrosion resistance against most chemical liquids. Additionally, Burkert's unique flipper solenoid valve structure eliminates the pumping effect (the suction and discharge of fluid that occurs with the opening and closing of the solenoid valve), enabling high-precision dispensing. Unlike traditional diaphragm solenoid valves, which have a pumping effect, this valve can be used in applications that require high-precision dispensing.
