Measuring the curvature and orientation of the body trunk of fish and nematodes!
This is software for measuring the curvature, orientation, and direction of movement of fish bodies, nematodes, snakes, and other organisms' trunks and cables. The results can be displayed using the separately sold "2D Video Measurement Software Move-tr/2D," which allows for graph displays and data storage (CSV files) of coordinates, movement distance, total length, speed, angles, and more.
