This is equipment for inline decomposition of ozone gas from oxygen and air raw materials.
The inline ozone decomposer ED-MD9 series is a device designed to decompose ozone gas from oxygen and air raw materials in an inline (piping connection) manner. The catalyst is non-flammable, eliminating concerns about ignition, and it is capable of decomposing high-concentration ozone from oxygen raw materials. Additionally, ozone from air raw materials can potentially explode due to the accumulation of nitrogen oxides on activated carbon, but this decomposer does not pose such a risk. Ozone in the gas containing ozone comes into contact with the catalyst inside the waste ozone decomposer, where it is decomposed into harmless oxygen through a chemical reaction and then discharged. The "ED-MD9-500S" has a flow rate of 0 to 10 L/min, dimensions of 80φ×140H, and a gas inlet and outlet with an outer diameter of 1/4 inch stainless steel pipe. For more details, please contact us.
