Collection of Troubles and Countermeasures Regarding 'Strain Gauge Measurement of Rotating Bodies' Giveaway
A must-see for those measuring strain gauges on rotating bodies! Solve troubles using slip rings!
In the measurement of strain gauges for rotating bodies, issues such as "temperature drift effects" and "noise effects on measurement values" are common. Tohsoku has compiled a handbook summarizing these "troubles and countermeasures related to strain gauge measurements of rotating bodies." 【Contents】 ◆ Strain gauges and slip rings ◆ Temperature drift …Countermeasure 1: Temperature compensation …Countermeasure 2: 3-wire configuration for 1 gauge ◆ Noise effects …Countermeasure 1: Bridge circuit assembled on the rotating side …Countermeasure 2: 4-gauge method …Countermeasure 3: 1-gauge method with a bridge circuit assembled on the rotating side ◆ Rotating bridge box ◆ Parallel connection of bridge applied voltage ◆ Dynamic strain amplifier for strain signals *You can view the details from the [Catalog Download] below.
