A condensation prevention solution that only involves applying paint. The coating, which has thermal insulation and moisture-absorbing properties, breathes and balances the moisture levels inside and outside, preventing condensation on the painted surface.
The paint that prevents condensation on painted surfaces by possessing two properties: thermal insulation and moisture absorption, is "Ketsuro BOY." This paint absorbs moisture from the air when the moisture content inside the paint film is low, and conversely, when the humidity in the air decreases due to rising temperatures, ventilation, or wind movement, it gradually releases the moisture it has retained inside the paint film. This "breathing" through the surface of the paint film balances the moisture levels inside and outside the film, preventing the occurrence of condensation. Generally, a common measure against condensation is to apply insulation materials to the areas where condensation occurs; however, due to the air contained within the insulation, condensation can still occur. In contrast, "Ketsuro BOY," which is directly applied to the cooling surfaces, eliminates such concerns and demonstrates a high condensation prevention effect. basic information
**Features** - Contributes to creating a hygienic and safe environment: By preventing condensation, rust and mold can be avoided, keeping products and materials clean and extending their lifespan. Since condensation can also cause leakage and performance failures, eliminating it improves safety. - Usable in tight spaces and easy to handle: Even in cramped areas with complicated piping, it can be applied quickly by simply painting. As it is a water-based paint, it can be diluted with water and does not require specific tools for application. - Low formaldehyde emissions: The formaldehyde emission level is classified as the lowest "F☆☆☆☆ (Four Star)," allowing for unrestricted usage area and safe application. - Can be applied to various materials: Although it is a paint that significantly reduces the causes of metal rust, it can be applied to a variety of materials, not just metal surfaces. **Message and Precautions** - Ketsuro BOY is a paint that prevents condensation, but the thickness of the film varies depending on the temperature and humidity conditions of the condensation surface and the indoor environment. Therefore, during application, please communicate the conditions and discuss the quantity of materials and application methods together with the customer. - For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
