Dehydration filtration recycling treatment system (intermediate treatment of industrial waste) without the use of chemical agents.
The "Mizukoshitarou MTDC Series" is a dewatering machine that physically filters the cutting water from road cutters using a newly developed polymer microfilter, without the use of chemical agents. The filtered water can be reused as cooling water for cutting. The features of this product are: 1. Recycling of cutting water is possible. 2. No extra costs are incurred as no chemical agents are used. 3. Reduction of industrial waste volume (treatment costs) through dewatering and volume reduction of sludge.

basic information
This is a dewatering filtration recycling treatment system (intermediate treatment of industrial waste) that does not use chemical agents. Processing details of this product: 1. The cutting water used in cutter cutting work is collected via vacuum into a mobile recycling tank. The collected sludge can be filtered without the use of coagulants, allowing cutting work to be carried out all day without worrying about the sludge. 2. After the work is completed, the cutting water in the recycling tank is discharged into the sludge storage tank for cutting water upon returning to the office. 3. The cutting water in the sludge storage tank is sent to the dewatering machine via a pump and is subjected to dewatering filtration treatment without the use of chemical agents. 4. The cutting water is separated into sludge and water by the dewatering machine. The sludge falls onto the lower truck bed via a scraper, and the filtered water is stored in the filtered water storage tank through piping. 5. Filtered water is supplied from the filtered water storage tank to the mobile recycling tank, and then dispatched to the construction site.
