It is used for temperature management in painting drying ovens (curing ovens). The product temperature when passing through the oven and the ambient temperature inside the oven can be confirmed. Curing paints have a specific keep temperature. It is very important for the coating to maintain the correct temperature and time. Additionally, by checking the environment inside the oven, the causes of coating defects such as overbaking, underbaking, bubbling, and edge defects can be verified. Energy savings through energy reduction is also possible. After attaching the probe to the product (workpiece), place the thermometer (data logger) in the heat-resistant box and send it into the furnace along with the actual product. Remove the heat-resistant box from the furnace at the exit. The data logger records the temperature of the product and the atmosphere temperature inside the furnace. Graphs can be automatically created and analyzed using the accompanying software specifically for baked coatings.
