It is used for temperature management in painting drying ovens (baking ovens). The product temperature when passing through the oven and the ambient temperature inside the oven can be confirmed. There is a keep temperature for baked coatings. It is very important for the coating film to maintain the proper temperature and time. Additionally, by checking the environment inside the oven, the causes of coating defects such as overbaking, underbaking, bubbling, and edge issues can be verified. Energy reduction through energy-saving measures is also possible. Heat-resistant box performance: 100℃ for 340 minutes, 150℃ for 195 minutes, 200℃ for 130 minutes, 250℃ for 100 minutes, 300℃ for 30 minutes. *For other high-temperature long-duration heat-resistant boxes, please inquire.

After attaching the probe to the product (workpiece), place the thermometer (data logger) in the heat-resistant box and send it into the furnace along with the actual product. Remove the heat-resistant box from the furnace at the exit. The data logger records the temperature of the product and the atmosphere temperature inside the furnace. Graphs can be automatically created and analyzed using the accompanying software specifically for baked coatings.
