Ideal for important lubrication points! This is a metering valve that electrically confirms each discharge.
The "MGLA type" is a main piping depressurization-operated quantitative valve system for small to medium-sized machinery, featuring an electric grease discharge detection valve. It is a quantitative valve that electrically confirms each discharge. It is particularly suitable for critical lubrication points, and by using it at the very end lubrication points, it allows for the confirmation of pressure increase and depressurization in the main piping. By counting the number of operations, it enables management of the total grease amount and timing for cartridge replacement. 【Specifications】 ○ Discharge volume: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 ml/stroke ○ Operating pressure: 2.5 MPa ○ Reset pressure: 1.2 MPa ○ Contact capacity: AC125V 2A, AC250V 2A, DC30V 2A For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
