The O-ring cherry seal is molded from various materials including NBR-90 (Type B/Nitrile rubber) and comes in a wide range of sizes.
It is made of nitrile rubber, which has high hardness and excellent pressure resistance. It has oil resistance and abrasion resistance, but is inferior in weather resistance. Before JIS B2401:2012 designated it as NBR-90, it was referred to as Type B (old JIS standard = JIS B2401:2005). Sakura Seal Co., Ltd. offers a wide variety of O-rings, ranging from very small O-rings to large diameter rings, in addition to the general standard sizes according to JIS standards, and we support the appropriate selection of O-rings in terms of both material and size. * We also accommodate shapes other than O-rings.
