A turbo molecular pump that achieves highly reliable high/ultra-high vacuum without hydrocarbons using cutting-edge technology.
The nEXT turbo molecular / compound molecular pump and EXC controller utilize cutting-edge technology to achieve reliable high/ultra-high vacuum without hydrocarbons. The turbo molecular pump (TMP) is a multi-stage axial flow turbine that compresses by increasing the probability of gas molecules moving in the exhaust direction with its rapidly rotating blades. The compound molecular pump (CMP) is based on the concept of combining a turbo molecular stage with blades and a molecular drag stage on the same rotor. 【Features】 [Turbo Molecular Pump] ○ Optimized for the flow state of molecules [Compound Molecular Pump] ○ High critical pressure in the foreline (up to 1,000 Pa as standard) ○ Allows the use of smaller back pressure pumps or diaphragm pumps For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
