The expansion diameter positioning pins VRA (standard type) and VRC (high retention type) are high-precision positioning pins where the pin diameter expands and the gap with the reference hole becomes zero. Additionally, by lining the hole, any play is also eliminated. By improving positioning accuracy on the machine side, it is possible to reduce costs for image recognition accuracy correction equipment and improve manual correction tasks. During contraction, the gap between the pin and the workpiece reference hole is increased.
