- The Calorex 15φ and 30φ can be installed on a 100L reaction vessel equipped with a 1.4 square meter cooler. It prevents solvent vapors from creeping up, increasing cooling efficiency by 30%. The use of Calorex is not limited to glass apparatus; it can also be used with iron pipes, steel, or plastic containers, just like glass. It can be safely and easily handled in factories and laboratories, and is safe against explosions. - Regarding the wrapping method, it is used by wrapping it around the device, and the wrapping can be done loosely while maintaining spacing between the tubes or tightly. If wrapping around a vertical device, connect it so that the liquid flows from the bottom to the top of the device, with the outlet at the top. When using steam, it should be the opposite, flowing from the top to the bottom of the device. When attaching the flat surface of the tube to a round container, use heat-resistant adhesive tape to secure the tube. If the tube is to be used for heating, please stretch the wrapped tube slightly after reaching the desired temperature. It can be connected regardless of the type of nozzle or nipple at the water or steam supply inlet.
