basic information

The device achieves precise and stable small-scale application that cannot be accomplished by air pumps by discharging a release agent through a pressurized tank. Settings can be easily made with a digital display, and flow rate management and anomaly detection are also possible through sensors. The spray nozzle adopts an external mixing nozzle, making it easy to control and resistant to clogging and liquid dripping. Furthermore, the structure is simple and excellent in maintainability. The spray system is built to easily control from a nozzle that simply blows to a nozzle that can adjust particle size, allowing for control from mist to large particles. Additionally, it is a system that can control based on cast products and molds, so once set up, when changing molds, simply calling up the mold number determines everything from application amount to application points. As a result, it reduces setup time and application cost, creating an environmentally friendly system.
