This is a white smoke treatment device that thoroughly processes the concerning white smoke to the point of being colorless to the naked eye.
White smoke-like emissions, even if harmless in themselves, are a noticeable presence and can be concerning. Santech Co., Ltd. has built a strong track record as a specialized manufacturer of fume collection devices across various fields. Therefore, we confidently recommend the "Super Humar" as the definitive solution for white smoke treatment. Most white smoke-like emissions consist largely of liquid particles (moisture, water-soluble substances, oils, etc.), and if the components are liquid, this "Super Humar" can resolve the issue. If your company is facing a "white smoke problem," please do not hesitate to contact us. We also have testing equipment available, so we can quickly determine compatibility. 【Features】 - The filter material is three layers, making it resistant to clogging. - The filter material is made of fiberglass, which has excellent corrosion resistance. - Fumes are discharged as drain. Company information
Yamamoto Works Co., Ltd. has been a manufacturer specializing in environmental conservation equipment since its establishment in 1974, developing and producing various devices such as oil mist collectors, ST-type wet electrostatic precipitators, and gas cleaning systems. In particular, our oil mist collectors and ST-type wet electrostatic precipitators have received high praise from many companies as we are the leading manufacturer in Japan. We accept requests for product catalogs and design estimates, so please feel free to contact us. Additionally, Yamamoto Works Co., Ltd. also handles "smoke treatment equipment" that processes white smoke emissions generated from factories and other sources. This type of emission consists of fine fumes made up of liquid particles (moisture, water-soluble substances, oil, etc.), which are mostly submicron in size. Therefore, they cannot be removed by conventional packed bed spray scrubbers. To address this issue, Yamamoto Works Co., Ltd. has developed the "Super Humar," a smoke treatment device using wet filtration methods to process such white smoke. Please feel free to consult us regarding smoke treatment, in addition to our electrostatic precipitators and oil mist collectors.
