The products are manufactured based on the falling ball viscosity measurement principle, both in lab-type and process-type, and there are various models available, including special specifications that can operate with an extremely small sample volume of 2ml, a maximum pressure of 138MPa, and a maximum temperature of 380°C. Cambridge Viscosity's viscometers include a wide range of laboratory models that are convenient for sampling measurements, as well as process models that come in various sensor shapes and sizes tailored to installation conditions, such as inline (installed in piping) types and in-tank (installed in tanks) types, suitable for real-time control within process lines, and ultra-compact models. **Applications** Thanks to the fault-free structure of Cambridge viscometers, they are used in various fields, including oil, ink, paint, coatings, as well as in a wide range of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive fuels, motor oils, petrochemicals, printing, biotechnology, and more.

Applications/Examples of results
There are many examples of adoption for both lab and process applications. Recently, both lab-type and process-type models have been adopted for the lubrication oil degradation testing of automotive direct injection engines, including those for installation. Additionally, due to the effectiveness of viscosity measurement in evaluating the degradation of refrigerant oil for air conditioning compressors, we have shipped several hundred units domestically. Furthermore, progress has begun in measuring fluid viscosity under ultra-high pressure, and Cambridge Viscosity offers products that can handle fluid pressures up to 138 MPa.
