Achieves high-speed and accurate labeling and printing on beverage containers, regardless of material or shape, with a single machine.
This is a device that can perform the following processes in the manufacturing of commercially available containerized beverages, regardless of the material or shape of the container, on the outer circumference: ● Product positioning ● Straw attachment ● Printing of expiration dates, manufacturing dates, etc. ● Overcap installation ● Inspection after attachment and printing It can accurately position while the container table rotates at high speed. Additionally, since a single rotary can allow for arbitrary position correction up to four positions, it can be compactly integrated into the line.

basic information
**Main Features** ● Flexibility without container constraints The container table rotates and positions itself, allowing for various materials such as paper and plastic, as well as shapes like straight, trapezoidal, and inverted trapezoidal. Additionally, due to its rotary mechanism, switching products is easy, and even for the same product, you can toggle between "required/not required" for sticking, mounting, and printing. ● Accurate positioning and correction possible with one unit Basic positioning is done based on barcodes and markers, and then position correction can be made to any of four arbitrary positions. This means that with one unit, you can perform sticking, mounting, and printing, as well as subsequent inspections. ● High-speed processing The adoption of a cam mechanism has achieved high-speed specifications (processing capacity: 50 to a maximum of 330 units per minute). ● Excellent installation compatibility A compact device that can be installed on existing lines realizes space-saving in factories, and it can also be integrated into existing conveyors, allowing for quick installation work.
