Each diaphragm repeats the push and pull motion.

The Taphflow diaphragm pump operates using compressed air as its power source. Two diaphragms are fixed to each other by a single diaphragm shaft, and through the mechanism of an auto air valve, pressure is periodically supplied to the air chamber behind the diaphragm, causing each diaphragm to repeat a push-pull motion. 【Features】 ○ By applying pressure to one air chamber, the diaphragm on the pressurized side moves in the extrusion direction, while the other diaphragm moves in the retraction direction. ○ Creates negative pressure within the liquid side housing to perform the liquid suction operation. basic information

【Features】 ○ The diaphragm on the pressurized side applies pressure within the liquid housing, causing the internal liquid to be discharged from the upper outlet. ○ When the diaphragm moves to the extrusion end due to the pressure in the air chamber, the air valve automatically switches, and air is discharged. ○ At the same time, air supply to the opposite air chamber begins, increasing pressure, which changes the movement of the diaphragm, and this operation is repeated thereafter. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
