We gently and reliably preserve the fresh deliciousness.
The adjustment of raw materials and shape design considering the varieties and characteristics of agricultural products, along with the unique "breathability" and "moisture absorption" of pulp molds, effectively preserves important freshness until the destination. Additionally, we also provide suggestions to improve workability during packaging and machine compatibility to help reduce customer costs.

Detailed information
-
Tomato tray This is a tray used for transporting tomatoes. Tomatoes are particularly prone to damage during transport, but the tray's moderate softness helps prevent damage, and its breathability maintains the freshness of the tomatoes.
-
Pear Tray This is a tray used for the transportation packaging of pears. Pears are fruits with weak skin and are prone to damage during transport. The appropriate softness of the tray prevents damage from shifting. Its breathability and moisture absorption help maintain the freshness of the pears. The design, considering functionality, improves peel-off capability and is compatible with automatic peeling machines, while also possessing the rigidity to lift the tray with pears inside.
-
Apple tray This is a tray used for the transportation packaging of apples. Apple trays excel in breathability, moisture absorption, and protection. They absorb the respiration heat of apples due to their breathability, and their moisture absorption prevents condensation (which occurs when apples are exposed to outside air after being stored in the refrigerator), thus preventing dampness. Even when stored packed in the refrigerator, the breathability allows for good circulation of cold air, contributing to the preservation of freshness.
-
Small melon tray In addition to simplifying the work, it improves the alignment of the melons and prevents contact between them.
-
Melon Tray This tray is used for the transportation packaging of melons. It excels in breathability, moisture absorption, and protection, preventing moisture buildup and maintaining the freshness of the melons. In recent years, the automation of sorting machines has progressed, and we also offer types that accommodate this.
