Achieving stable manufacturing of SUS304 ultra-fine φ0.18×φ0.09 (34G) cannulas!
Kaneko Medix has achieved stable manufacturing of SUS304 ultra-fine cannulas with diameters of φ0.18×φ0.09 (34G). In particular, the issue of internal surface closure defects has been improved after about one year since the start of manufacturing experiments, and it is now possible to stably produce a grinding angle of Min10° with a total length of up to 12mm. Additionally, both ends can be finished with flat polishing, making them suitable for subcutaneous drug injection fields such as insulin administration. We are pleased to announce that we can reliably meet customer demands for ultra-fine cannulas by pursuing reduced cutting resistance. 【Expected Applications for 34G Cannulas】 ○ Insulin injection ○ Cosmetic surgery Botox injections ○ Vaccination injections, etc. ◎ For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
