Weight control is possible from seeding to rotation lifting and completion of the ingot for the CZ method single crystal growth apparatus.
This is a high-performance load cell used in the initial processes of single crystal growth and automatic diameter control (ADC). It accurately converts the weight of the single crystal, which grows while rotating, into a stable electrical output. A unique load sensor is employed in the load cell detection section to be used as a critical sensor for the pulling device in the Czochralski (CZ) method. Within the operating temperature range of the load cell, the compensation circuit functions without requiring inert gas for cooling. 【Features】 ◆ Low ripple with strong noise resistance Circuit design thoroughly pursued to prevent wideband electrical noise, achieving stable performance with low ripple. ◆ Fast response frequency Frequency characteristics compatible with high-speed ADC (DC–1.2Hz (-3dB)) can be obtained. ◆ Stable operation from low to high rotation speeds Operates stably from low rotation speeds to high speeds (300rpm), expanding the application range of measurement control.
