Particularly, surface treatment is the final process for components, and it often happens that there is insufficient time at the point of acceptance. Therefore, Time Paint conducts the degreasing process in-house during the pretreatment stage, allowing us to respond to urgent requests at any time. Furthermore, since prototype parts often require small quantities and short lead times, we have installed a separate small drying oven, enabling work to proceed independently from the usual processes, allowing for same-day responses. The curing temperature varies depending on the materials used, requiring precise temperature settings. Time Paint's drying oven can be set to temperatures ranging from 50°C to 200°C in 1°C increments, allowing us to meet more stringent requirements.
