Environmentally friendly all-water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system - Toa Gaia System
Cost is lower than conventional systems with weather resistance and corrosion resistance beyond solvent-based systems! No odor since it is water-based!
The "Toa Gaia System," a water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system from Tope, uses water-based paints for both the primer and topcoat, eliminating concerns about odors after painting. By combining it with a topcoat that excels in weather resistance and is suitable for a wide range of substrates, it achieves a highly corrosion-resistant coating system. Moreover, the material costs are equal to or lower than those of traditional solvent-based systems. It can be applied to a wide variety of steel structures, including architectural steel structures, plant equipment, transmission towers, and bridges. 【Features】 ■ Reduces the amount of organic solvents. No heavy metal compounds such as lead and chromium are used, making it environmentally friendly! ■ Superior weather resistance and corrosion resistance compared to weak solvent-based paints! ■ Material costs are equal to or lower than those of weak solvent-based paints!
