The "PLR Linear Resolver" is an industrial displacement sensor that utilizes changes in inductance due to differences in permeability. It detects the relative position changes between a "rod that alternates regions of different permeability at equal pitch" and an "amplifier unit with a built-in detection coil." 【Features】 ■ A new type of rod that alternates high and low permeability regions at equal intervals ■ Capable of handling longer strokes with higher precision than conventional methods, achieving 1μm resolution across the entire range ■ Output method is incremental ■ Outputs rectangular wave pulses of A phase/B phase (90° phase difference, 4 times multiplication) as position data
